A certificate installation is required for proper communication with our email server. On this page you will find a link to download the certificate as well as installation instructions for different versions of Windows.

This installation will only resolve security warnings in Internet Explorer.

Windows XP

1. Save the file to your desktop.

2. Open up the zip file

3. Double-click on the certificate file within: "tcs4u.cer"

4. You may receive a File Security warning, if so, click on Open

5. A certificate window should appear, click on the button at the bottom titled "Install Certificate"

6. Click Next, Next, and Finish.

7. A Security Warning should appear, select Yes

8. You should get a message saying "The import was successful"

9. Select Ok, and close out all the windows.

10. You can delete the .zip file from your Desktop.

You should no longer receive the warning in Internet Explorer.

 

 

Windows Vista / Windows 7

1. Save the file to your desktop.

2. Open up the zip file

3. Double-click on the certificate file within: "tcs4u.cer"

4. You may receive a File Security warning, if so, click on Open

5. A certificate window should appear, click on the button at the bottom titled "Install Certificate"

6. Click Next.

7. Select "Place all certificates in the following store"

8. Click Browse and select "Trusted Root Certification Authorities"

9. Click OK, then Next, then Finish.

10. A Security Warning should appear, select Yes

11. You should get a message saying "The import was successful"

12. Select Ok, and close out all the windows.

13. You can delete the .zip file from your Desktop.

You should no longer receive the warning in Internet Explorer.
